The mission of the Colorado State Fair Board Authority is to direct, supervise , and operate in a fiscally effective and efficient manner the State of Colorado-owned asset in Pueblo, Colorado to (A) host the Colorado State Fair and Industrial Exposition and (B) to manage the fairgrounds to provide a year-round, multi-use facility to serve local, regional and state needs.
